EEO Consulting & Mediation Services, led by Joanne Giunta, brings over 20 years of management experience in corporate responsibility, human resources and EEO
programs combined with over 10 years of Federal Government work experience with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in its Outreach and Mediation programs. This dual sector experience gives her an edge in understanding and successfully approaching EEO related issues. Ms. Giunta networks with a wide range of EEO consultants, consisting of retirees from the ranks of the U.S. EEOC as investigators, mediators, and trainers, as well as with retired EEO corporate executives. This networking brings to the table years of hands-on experience required in achieving positive results. All consultants affiliated with EEO Consulting Services are Independent Contractors who come together to network and offer “one stop” shopping to meet all EEO needs.
The goal of EEO Consulting & Mediation Services is to assist clients in resolving EEO concerns in a timely manner and avoid getting into a lengthy EEOC process
which may include mediation, investigation, and costly litigation. However, some cases must and do proceed to the EEOC and EEO Consulting & Mediation Services
will assist clients through that process. It has established an attorney referral network for clients in need of legal counsel. EEO Consulting & Mediation Services has the expertise to effectively match client concerns and needs to the most appropriate law practice.
